| Comments: | The track 3km was held on a very hot evening at Ifley Road track in place of the regular track session. The evening kicked off with Tony Moore attempting to set a new mile PB with the aid of a pace-maker (runner, rather than heart).He managed to break his 6 minute barrier despite the very hot and humid conditions (5:52).
