A good turn out for Headington on what is quite possibly the UK's most boring XC course (two or three times a large field in winter!) Performances of note were Mike Worthington who was second M60 and Jude Craft who was third senior lady. The womens team are currently 4th but only 6 points away from 2nd & 42 from first, so a strong team at Wing on the 17th of Feb could give us our best result since the 2002-2003 season which we won. Our Vet men are only 17 points behind the historically invincible Oxford City with one race to go, could we beat them for the first time ever in this league? |
